metrics & impact
Elevate turns to various instruments and methods, both quantitative and qualitative, to track progress and measure impact. Intentional efforts to root strategy in the expressed needs of students, alumni, parents/ guardians, and community stakeholders involve leadership, both Board and staff, and program staff reviewing collected feedback and voice. Together, we identify innovative ideas and common themes related to both strengths and weaknesses. Looking through the lens of their shared insights coupled with collected data, we adjust program design, develop SMART goals, and finetune strategies to enhance service delivery and improve outcomes.
