REFLECTING ON IMPACT: OUR 2024 ANNUAL REPORT
Dear friends,
It has been 42 years since Dr. Kent Hutchinson created Colorado UpLift, a jobs program serving Denver's underserved youth. Since then, his model for building upon the limitless potential of urban youth has grown into Elevate, a national organization of 20+ self-led, self-funded affiliates.
Today, Elevate is still investing in urban youth through meaningful relationships and holistic support. By creating a support system both in and out of school, we aim to help our students become confident contributors to their community.
In our 2024 Annual Report, we explore the impact of relationships in the lives of young people in four key areas:
- School Success
- Character Development
- Community Engagement
- Social-Emotional Health
Meaningful relationships among Teacher-Mentors, Elevate student peers, and community collaborators are key to the success of our program. The data found in this report reflects how such relationships can help our students discover their true purpose and potential. We are dedicated to investing physically, emotionally, and financially in our students so they can see themselves as capable and worthy of success.
