For students:

How Elevate Indianapolis May Use Personal Information
Elevate will use your personal information for the purpose it was submitted, such as to document donor donations and correspondence and to track student progress within our programs. The data we track for donors and students may be used to apply for grants and reporting but will not result in the publication of any personal information provided to us. We do not share personal information outside our organization.
